Our Work & Impact

South Africa does not suffer from a shortage of plans.
It suffers from a shortage of credible, capable, and courageous leadership.
Accountability That Restores Trust

Through leadership of the Standing Committee on Public Accounts (SCOPA), RISEMzansi has helped restore credibility to parliamentary oversight. This is not politics as performance, it is accountability as a daily responsibility. Public money must be respected. Institutions must work. Failure cannot be normalised.
Safety Is Not Seasonal

RISE Mzansi treats safety as a constant obligation of the government, not a campaigns logan revived during crises. From road safety and policing oversight to confronting failures in firearm control and law enforcement, we have consistently pushed for evidence‑based, always‑on approaches that protect human life and dignity.
Standing Up to Exploitation
At a time when gambling is quietly devastating families and communities, RISE Mzansi has chosen to confront the issue head‑on. We have challenged regulators, questioned enforcement failures, and pushed for reform that puts people before profit, because leadership means naming harm and insisting on change.
